2024/25 Submission of invoices and statements

Dear Valued Stakeholder 

As we wrap up the 2024-25 financial year and gear towards the preparation of Annual Financial Statements, your attention and adherence to the below would be greatly appreciated. 

• You are requested to submit outstanding invoices for all goods delivered and services rendered to the SETA 
• Invoices must be accompanied by statements as at 31st March 2025
• Invoices are to be accompanied by a goods/services received note, signed by the SETA representative and the stakeholder 

NOTE: 

1. Submissions are to be made to  accounts@etdpseta.org.za by the 15th of April 2025
2. Use the PO and/or contract number(s) as an email subject 
3. Ensure that the end-user is copied in the submission
4. Invoices already submitted to the SETA are not to be resubmitted
5. In case of outstanding invoices as at the date of submission, statements can be submitted with a clear indication of the outstanding invoice details (invoice number, invoice date, description of goods/ services etc.)
