-Assist with the development of a Remuneration strategy
-Propose a method of Salary progression within the Bands
-Conduct benchmarking of the SETA’s salary scales against the DPSA scales and pay structure
-Do alignment of the generic jobs to the Executives
-Evaluate the levels and correlate the Senior levels
-Redesign the pay scales.
-Assist prepare a proposal for submission to the HR Committee of the Board
